The service I get is first class, highly professional nurses, doctors, professors, paramedics, pharmacist are all top class but I never meet a manager. I know my way around the hospital and I never meet a manager, in any other industry you do see and meet a manager. We never get anybody that seems to be doing any work and asking questions in regards to our experience at the hospital. They should say 'today we will introduce ourselves'.
