Anything else?

I attended the Imaging Dept. in March for an urgent Chest X Ray. I had to wait 2.5 hours in an overcrowded waiting room for an X Ray which took 5 minutes.

Despite the fact that the request from my GP was clearly marked 'urgent' we have not, as of the 18th of April, had the results!!

I believe this is unacceptable and I shall be making a strong complaint to the CEO of the Hospital.
