Anything else?

I have been trying to get my implanon replaced for over 6 weeks now at the family planning building and it still hasnt been done! Very poor waiting times for appointments and staff unwilling to just get on with their jobs as well as speaking to me like i'm some sort of idiot! I find it absolutely ridiculous i've had to wait this long for such a simple procedure and been spoken to like muck into the bargain. It is causing undue stress and worry. Not impressed at all.
