What I liked
Timely, clear documentation received beforehand.
Sunday appointments for the Pre-op,Op & Post op; no need to make allowances for traffic, no parking problems.
Attended to immediately on arrival.
Ward was clean, tidy and bright.
Staff very friendly, helpful - presenting a professional caring atmosphere. Kept me well-informed throughout.
Although a different surgeon for the post-op, he had had full knowledge of my medical history.
Comprehensive post-op and preventive advice.
What could be improved
On entering the hospital site the Directions Board indicates the Day Surgery is at the far end of the site when in fact it is almost directly opposite the board. Even when the correct building is located, there is no sign on the doorway indicating that it contains the Day Surgery.
