(as the patient),

From referral to first appointment (with Mr Roach) was very quick and efficient.

Then I was offered surgery (durolane injection) appointment quite soon after. Not sure if this has worked, but been offered a follow-up appointment for 6 weeks time to discuss further.

Oswestry Hospital sent a text and rang before the appointments just to ensure I was still attending which is a very good service.
