What could be improved
Treatment for the elderly. 86 year old lady not getting surgery after laying waiting for it for 4 days. Hardly given any food or drink as most days nil by mouth notice for patient. Apalling and disgusting. Basically it would seem, just hoping that her body will give up so no need to bother with her.
