What I liked
Absolutely nothing.
What could be improved
Treatment for the elderly. 86 year old lady 3 weeks after surgery just laying in bed. Hardly given any attention by nursing staff; hoist needed to get her out of bed. Too much trouble, same old story not enough staff. Needing to be transferred to more suitable ward - apparently being chased!!! Basically it would appear, just hoping that her body will give up so no need to bother with her.
