"Waiting for an appointment makes my life uncomfortable "

About: Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

I find having to wait with the condition I have makes my life uncomfortable and tiring. I was hoping for an appointment at my local Hospital sooner rather than later.

Dear ‘Pounds187’,

Thank you for your comments about using the TRAC service, I apologise that you could not get an appointment sooner. At TRAC we are able to offer a choice of location, and appointment date and time, from time to time some clinics in the hospital can become busy.

I would like to assure you that if clinically necessary your chosen hospital would offer to bring the appointment forward. If you have any concerns about your health whilst waiting to be seen at the hospital, we would advise you to contact your GP who is still responsible for your care in this interim period.

I hope this has gone in some way to answer you comments.

Kind Regards

Gemma Tremlett
