(as a relative),

My mother was experiencing great difficulty in carrying out daily living tasks. A referral was made to the Accessible Homes Team and my mom was seen by an Occupational Therapist, Lisa Robson, within a week.

Following that visit several items of equipment were delivered, and my mom is now able to carry out daily living tasks safely and independently.

Many thanks for taking the time to post your comments on Patient Opinion. I have shared them with the team and with Lisa. I'm very glad that the Accessible Homes Team (an integrated team consiting of health and housing) have been able to help your mother regain her independance and hope she continues to do well.
