My GP referred my for a specific test and I have waited 9 weeks only to be told today that they are unable to carry out this test on a GP referral, they have now rebooked me for June 2013 which is then a 17 week wait.

My concerns when I mentioned to the nursing staff within the Endocrine clinic where dismissed.

Other members of my family have the same life threatening condition.

I contacted PALS who were due to look into my concerns, but didn't respond in the agreed time frame. I then contacted PALS back and was told that the PALS team forwarded my concerns to the Endocrine team.
