"My three year old son was taken ..."

What I liked

My three year old son was taken into Northbrook ward as an emergency in November 2007. The staff were calm and gave explanaitions all along, even down to the taste of the medication. When my elder son came into visit, the nurses took the time to talk to him about his brother, and even fed him at dinner time! We can't praise the staff highly enough.

What could be improved

Clearer communication rearding the family room. Also it seemed to take an eternity for us to be discharged due to getting prescribed medication.
