What I liked

Having have had my mother pass away in this hospital on 21st April 2008 I would like to say how caring I found the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the concern for me after the death and the necessary paperwork was handled in an efficient and caring manner. My mother received excellent care from the staff in Emergency, Bartlett and St Cross wards. Whenever I phoned there was always someone to talk to me. After the experience of my father passing away in the Royal Berkshire Hospital the administration side at Royal Hampshire Hospital was far superior.
