What I liked
Staff are excellent in gerneral although I have found one or two people quite abrupt I have lots of questions to ask and if the surgeons have time and are not rushing off to a clinic/theatre great otherwise it is a black hole with no one to answer queries and as I can appreciate they are very busy a polite answer wouold suffice I can expand on this if necessary
What could be improved
patient liaison officer or someone who can access notes to answer any questions that there may be.
Better communication before leaving hopsital.
Teams under consultants should all agree on a set plan for recovery everyone I see has a different opinion
