"A and E Staff"

About: Solihull Hospital

Anything else?

I arrived at A and E at Solihull hospital, the receptions was extremely kind and helpfull. I waited 5 minutes and I was called into a small room for an assement by a very kind and helpful nurse. She examined my foot and suggested I could have an xray which is in my opinion what I needed. I was seen straight away by the Radiographer who also was kind and thoughtful. I went to wait for the results and waited for about 20 minutes the same nurse called me in to see her and advised there could be small fracture in my right foot. She said I must see the facture doctor and she gave me some crutches to help me walk to take the pressure of my foot. I went to reception who informed me I could go to Hartlands or Solihull. I choose Solihull , she said she would ring to confirm appointment as the computer system wasn't working properly. As we walked though our front door 15 mins after leaving the hospital our phone was ringing and it was the receptionist with my appointment time. What could be better than this for service. All staff perfect. I am so pleased to be able to give positive feedback

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such kind feedback. This has been passed onto the teams involved and, I'm sure, will help provide assurance to other patients attending our A&E services in the future.
