We watched him neglected, given substandard food, and he states that when he would call no one would assist.
I myself witnessed an elderly man mess himself after begging for help. Myself and family witnessed our grandfather being sedated.
When needed for investigation by the Health Ombudsman, all medical notes were missing. So no evidence?
Lessons will never be learnt.
