Anything else?
I was blown away by the exceptional care shown to my elderly mother by all staff at the NGH - some weren't as jolly - or as gentle - or as chatty as others, but the care was consistant, after 5 weeks my mother was almost back to her normal self, at 91 years of age, fighting septicaemia + other infections, this was down to the doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants etc.
Unfortunately 4 weeks later my mother was re-admitted to the aeu where she died peacefully 2 days later................after doctors had worked ceaslessly again, this time in vain. She was so warm , comfortable and peacefull at the end (april 3rd 2013 )
I'll be forever grateful to them.
"My Mother's care."
