I attended the RLI Xray department today for a ultrasound - I wish to sincerely thank the staff for such an efficient service. I was terrified about having the scan despite knowing it was quite an easy procedure. I arrived in the department at least 30 minutes early with a very full bladder (as requested) and before I had even sat down in the waiting area I was called. The radiographer immediately put me at ease & explained the whole procedure giving me the results immediately. Thank you so much - what a relief. I know that the RLI is under heavy scrutiny at the moment from the CQC & the media but the servive I received was first class. Despite what may be occuring around you please carry on & be immensely proud of what you do.
