Broke a tooth on Easter Saturday and got emergency appointment via NHS 111 on Easter Monday. From a polite and efficient receptionist to the dentist and dental nurse who dealt with my problem in only a few minutes the whole process was smooth, friendly, helpful and clear. Please pass on my thanks to all those involved (and my apologies for not noting their names).
