About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Anything else?

My brother involved in a recent RTA very badly wounded and being cared for in the Trafalgar ward. (high dependency unit).

i have to say having sat there whilst my brother was asleep lots of the time the nurses were absolutely fantastic not only to my brother but to all the patients in close proximity the attention to others needs and well being along with the actual health and problems being suffered were excellent.

i have seen some bad reviews and have listened to some bad story's and now struggle to understand them? maybe they expected to much i don't know but my experience having lots of time to reflect on it was the care was well above normal and if i am ever in a bad situation needing care i would wish to be on this ward.

Thank you

I am very sorry to hear about your brother's accident.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the levels of care you have seen at the hospital. Staff are committed to providing the best possible care and treatment for our patients and we have been doing lots of work to improve the experience patients and their relatives have when they use the Trust's services.

Once again, thank you for your comments and I will ensure that your feedback is shared with the high dependency unit team.

Suzanne Brooker
