"Physio from Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust"

About: St Albans City Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I recently finished 6 sessions of physiotherapy at the Maple unit at St Albans City Hospital.

Tracy was the physio, she gave me good treatment, was patient and encouraging and gave me good advice.

The waiting room was bright and cheerful and had good displays of patient information. (Not that anyone as far as I could see had to wait there for more than a few minutes before being called in! )

The receptionist was always pleasant to everyone.

I appreciated being able to book appointments early in the day.

My back problem is much improved and it is a joy to be able to get to sleep comfortably at night.

Thank you to all concerned.
