What I liked
My son attended the WACU unit. Staff there are great, they know how frazzled moms get when their child is ill and staff help you deal with it well. The mini wards are clean and well stocked with good toys, books & videos for the children to use. Drs are very good. You are made to feel welcome & cared for.
What could be improved
PARKING PARKING PARKING. There just isnt enough and the rates are disgusting. A hospital is not a place you WANT to visit, its a place you HAVE to visit and with that in mind you would think the parking fees would be a lot less, if not free.
Also a "map" of whats where in the car parks would help you having to call in at reception miles from where you parked to find that the place you needed to be was just next to where you parked
