The title says it all. Very quickly and efficiently dealt with regarding my referral and initial appointment, then came the surgery appointment. I received a phone call at 4pm on Monday to tell me surgery for the following day was cancelled. After re-scheduling my whole week due to me expecting to be off work with a sick note i was called again to say it will now happen on Friday. I then received a phone call Thursday afternoon to tell me it had been cancelled again. I have now had to make an appointment at my doctors to get another referral so that i can choose a different hospital as i cant risk being messed about again due to their incompetence.
