What I liked
It was fairly clean and half the staff i met (mostly on reception) were kind and helpful
What could be improved
Everything - the staff don't know your case history and you have to explain your story a million times before anyone will help you, there's a million different departments and i went in for an mri scan and wasn't told how to get my results or when i would.
