"Staff shortages"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Anything else?

My brother has been in your hospital, ward 18 for 2 weeks now but whenever I want to talk to a nurse there never seems to be one available although there are people sitting behind a desk talking to each other who just ignore you, I have no idea who they are or what they are supposed to be doing they are certainly not nursing, but when I finally am able to attract someones attention to talk about my brothers condition they act vague as if they are not familiar with his treatment, is this because there is no continuity in the nursing staff or not enough staff to actually nurse with the number of patients they have to look after.

Worried relative.
