"tooth extraction"

About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

Anything else?

I arrived at 0710 yesterday to a very long queue, given a ticket at 0730 to return at 1330. I returned at 1330 to a long afternoon ahead, which did not bother me as I was in so much pain. Finally left at 1700 minus my tooth which had caused me so many sleepless nights. I was very pleased with the service the staff were amazing and really caring. All I can say is it is a walk-in centre so don't expect to be seen straight away, it is very busy as it serves the whole of Birmingham. The abuse the staff were faced with over waiting times were disgusting.

Thank you for your feedback which has been forwarded to the Primary Care (Walk in) Service Team. Birmingham Dental Hospital is very aware that some patients are frustrated by the need to wait for treatment, and we hope your comments help others not only to understand why it is sometimes necessary to wait, but also of the positive outcomes of treatment when received.
