I have been attending the dermatology department for over a year now due to having alopecia, I attend every 2-3months. I don't always see the same Dr however I find them all to be lovely and make me feel comfortable. I usually get appointments through very promptly and occassional have had them changed. Only once have I had to wait a long time for my scheduled appointment (nearly an hour past my appointment time) but it was explained to me that they were running late. The only issue I had was that any treatment I received from the Dr (i.e. steroid injections) were free but when I opted for a steroid solution I had to pay for the prescription. The treatment I receive is great and is working well. I would like to thank the department and all staff for their help and treating me with dignity and respect.
