"Kind and thoughtful staff"

Staff at Scott Hospital, Plymouth were kind and thoughtful. Explained what they were and why they were doing tests.

Some receptionists were not very helpful with next steps after we had had the tests. Perhaps this could be detailed to them.

However, I note your comments regarding reception and that you feel there could have been more assistance with signposting.
