"It has taken months to get to this point"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

It seems to me that nobody was in the loop or knew what was going on.

It took from December to March and numerous phone calls to Specsavers, TRAQS and the surgery to get to this point.

TRAQS had two referrals from the doctor and still did not contact us. Hopefully things improve now as this has done little for Specsavers reputation.
