What I liked

The hospital looks very clean and for the most part modern.

nursing staff were aware and sympathetic to less mobile patients, giving plenty of time to those suffering mobility problems.

appointment times were fairly good with minimal hanging around.

What could be improved

I fully understand the ever increasing work load and time pressure put upon the doctors and consultants but feel that both should be made more aware of confused patients and those patients that find it very difficult to communicate their problems in such a short space of time allotted to out patient appointments.
