About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

A good overall experience so far.

Iv not had to wait to long considering I don't have a more ' serious' problem, the staff in the physio department have been excellent. So far explaining things really well. On this occasion the system is working in my favour.

I have had some bad experiences in other areas of the country so I really apprecite it when I recieve a good service. - Thank you
