(as the patient),

I had therapy for depression/anxiety with IMS for approx 8-12 months, up to April 2013.

The service was extremely helpful, it took into account my particular needs, so it didn't feel like a 'one size fits all' system.

The therapists were obviously very knowledgeable, and very caring and compassionate.

My treatment enabled me to take control of my situation, and gave me the tools to improve my quality of life from here on in.
