Following a clinic appointment I attended the phlebotomy department, on taking a number I realised that there were 96 people ahead of me, I sat down expecting a long wait and was

both surprised and pleased that I was attended to within half an hour.

During this time I observed the staff worked really hard and remained upbeat and treated everyone with care and respect.

The plebotomist that took my bloods was very pleasant and reassuring.
