All of the staff I met we're helpful and friendly. In particular the nurse at the clinic and the optician both tried hard to put me at my ease and were very informative. Visiting a clinic when you are unsure what is wrong is a bit scary, your staff really made it as easy as possible. (And they arranged a doctors appointment when they found something else wrong!) Nothing but praise for them.
