My 35-yr-old daughter received wonderful treatment at St George's Neurological Outpatients Dept at the beginning of April 2013. As neither of us live in London all her three tests were scheduled for the one day, starting at 9am. We arrived 15 minutes early, and my daughter had an MRI without having to wait, followed by an EEG, again without delay. Unfortunately the member of staff who was going to carry out memory tests (taking 2hrs - 3 hrs) was off sick, but after considerable efforts by the staff - involving quite a few phone calls, another clinical psychologist was found who could complete all the tests so we didn't have to come back another day and spend another night at a hotel. The hospital was really clean and staff adhered to hygiene protocols, e.g. cleaning hands after sneezing and blowing one's nose. All the staff we encountered were courteous, helpful and kind. In these days of cutbacks a great level of service was achieved!
