I feel i must praise the excellent care shown to my mother on ward 7 of this hospital, in these uncertain times it was heartwarming to witness this level of care.

The high standard seemed to percolate down from the top, sisters etc to everyone.

Sisters were very hands-on and everyone had great respect for each other.

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to provide your feedback about the care of your mother on Ward 7 at the Princess Royal Hospital.

It is great to hear from relatives and patients about your experience in our hospitals as this feedback - both offering praise or raising concerns - helps us to strive for the highest standards of care for everyone.

Positive comments are a great opportunity to highlight what we do well and what is important to our patients. They also help us to celebrate great NHS staff, and in fact one of the sisters on Ward 7 is a recent winner of our Chairman's Award (which is one of the ways that we celebrate people who truly reflect the values at the heart of the NHS).

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We will make sure that this is also shared with Ward 7.
