"Impersonal Experience at Stafford Hospital"

Mostly ok

I arrived ontime, its like a factory I waited about 30 minutes before being seen whole booking system was great. My experience at the hospital was a bit impersonal. Paying to park in Hospitals is wrong dont tax the sick!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this valuable feedback. I am pleased that you found the whole booking system effective and apologise that you felt that the the actual experience was a bit impersonal. I will feedback your observations to the out-patient staff so that they can look at ways to improve this.

I appreciate your comments about charging to park at hospitals, we do review these regularly and try to keep them as low as possible. Parking is always a problem and the revenue raised has been used to make improvements for the benefit of patients and visitors.
