I was exceedingly apprehensive about the procedure on Monday at Bickerstaff endoscopy unit
However found the staff (staff nurses) who give the prior procedure talk and information session very reassuring and knowledgeable. Very Good.
The two nurses at the procedure were extremely kind and the doctor also.
They made an extremely unpleasant day bearable.
