About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After I finally got an appointment with the doctor (which I had been trying for weeks), the appointment from TRAQS was very quick. I got appointment within 10 days ia phone call from Madeley. But then I got another call telling me that the doctor had referred me. Asked where I wanted to go. It seems a waste of time and money that they had not passed on my information to the person phoning.

Also this letter [TRAQS leaflet] should be handed to me at physiotherapy, when the course had finished.
