What I liked

My father has just been admitted having suffered a stroke. Information had been provided to my Mother, but she was too upset to absorb. On arriving from London, I asked to see someone. The doctor was exceptional at getting me to understand the condition, my father's level of suffering, the next steps and the risks. The nurses are equally good at progress reports. Infromation for relatives at such a worrying time is vital. I thank them for their dedication and care for my father to date.

What could be improved

Hard to suggest something meaningful that doesn't involve doubling the annual NHS spend to £200bn!
