(as the patient),

I would like to express my compliments to my many visits and stay in the Hospital since August 2012. This includes the Acute medical unit, Bloods, Xray, Angiography suite

Everyone without exception has been most helpful, caring, efficient and will go out of there way to look after you.

A lot of bad publicity has been levelled in the past but I can assure you that has not been my experience nor anyone I have talked to.

Keep up the good work and pass on my compliments to all.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experiences at East Surrey Hospital. I am pleased to hear they are always good. It is true that in the past the hospital did receive some negative press coverage. We are pleased to tell you that our performance is now much improved and the our services meet all the government's clinical standards, but it takes time to change perceptions. Its comments like yours posted on public websites such as this that helps spread the word, so thank you.
