I was so surprised at the speed and wonderful demeanour of all the staff I encountered at the PGI. I went for an ultrasound and the gentleman who did the scan was not only very friendly I felt very much at ease and he tried to make sure my dignity was left intact. My appointment for my scan was at 2.50. I arrived early just to make sure I got there and I was actually in and out before my appointment time! I'm so impressed. If all hospitals were as efficient and the staff as friendly there'd be no problems in the NHS.
