My appointment was with Mr M. Lal.
When I arrived with my husband, I was very worried about what might happen with my toes which I have been suffering for a quite long time. But there she was a very nice nurse who was friendly and very smiley. Although I did not feel like smiling at all, I told myself to make the effort at least for her.
Then I met Mr Lal who was caring and friendly towards me and my husband which made everything easier. He then introduced his registrar who was very professional and light on his hand when he was going through with the procedure.
At that time, I was holding my husband's and that lovely nurse's hand. She was an absolute angel. I would like all three of them to know about this compliment as soon as possible please.
Every one of them were brilliant in their way and made that very scary experience bearable for me. My husband and I thank you very much.
