"Op for bladder tumour"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Urology

(as the patient),

I recently had a small op for a bladder tumour. I had wonderful treatment and the nurses and doctors were superb. I was on Gillies Ward City Hospital and couldn’t have had more wonderful staff. All my life I have had so much to thank the NHS for – from having TB at 16 and through my life, I am now 87!

I do wish we could pay for own food –which was very good.

I was only in one night by the way
