I had a 09:00 appointment to have photos taken of my eyes, I was sent to the 1st floor waiting room and within 5 minutes was asked my name and directed to another seating area, no sooner had I sat down when another nice member of staff came and too me to a room with the equipment in, after a quick eye test, some drops where put into my eyes to dilate them. And 15 minutes later I had the photos taken of my eyes. I was out in half an hour. Every thing was explained to me fully and what would happen to the photos. I could not be more happy with this kind of service.

My only grudge is, I never had time to read the paper I brought lol.
