I came in for a hip replacement revision and was very nervous. But from the moment I arrived, every member of the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the girls who served the meals to the friendly and caring nursing staff and the totally professional surgical team in whose hands I felt completely confident. Post surgery, I cannot fault my care; perfect pain relief and gradual introduction to physiotherapy and getting moving. The NHS would have no problems if all facilities were like this.
