What I liked
(March 2005) I was transferred to the maternity dept from Bournemouth Hospital as my labour was not progressing. The staff were fantatic and I was treated very well. Once my son was born they constinued to care for me in the Maternity department, a big difference to the lack of knowledge at Bournemouth Hospital.
What could be improved
It si difficult to say what could be improved as the ward itself is so busy. I guess the smoking at the front entrance should be stopped - not a very good image for a maternity dept!
