Anything else?
I'm a great supporter of the NHS, but this has been the most unsatisfactory experience I've ever had. I've never seen the same Dr or optometrist twice, and after months of being passed around depts and being denied recognition for my condition, at the latest appointment I was told I'd have to pay £180 for my treatment! Is this the beginning of profit led treatment?
