What could be improved
It's not pleasant for non-smokers to have to walk through a forest of cigarette smoke from chain-smoking patients sitting and standng in front of the main entrance of the hospital. Parking is atrocious - high charges and very little availability most of the time unless you are registered disabled in which case there are a few more spaces dotted around the hospital. The majority of medical staff seem very quick to label patients and once "labelled" this is difficult to shake off. I found this adversely affected my care when at this hospital and had to go to another hospital before I received an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. There appears to be an air of superiority within the hospital which, frankly, it does not deserve or live up to.
