Dear Blank961,

Please accept my apologies that you were not informed by your GP that your referral would be snet and mananged by TRAQS. There is a TRAQS patient leaflet which isa handed out to all GP Practices/GP's. Each patient that is reerred by their GP should be given one of these yellow leaflets. The leaflet explains about the service, the steps in the process and contains contact telephone numbers in TRAQS should you want to discuss your appointment.

If you would like to contact me directly I can arrange, for a TRAQS leaflet to be sent to you. A bit late but it would give you an insight into what the service does and how it works, should you ever need to be referred via TRAQS again.

Many thanks,

Sharon
