"I would have preferred more choice"

Good reception, attentive and efficient at appointment, all in a pleasant environment (at chosen centre).

A better choice of hospitals (if available) would have been preferred. However in spite of the 20 miles to travel, I was well treated.

Thank you for your comments about the TRAC service, I am glad to read you were pleased with the chosen centre you attended. The TRAC team is here to offer patients a choice of time and place for their treatment, wherever possible, and to provide information that patients may require before they make their choice. In some cases there may be a limited number of clinics able to choose from which are suitable for a patient to be seen in for a particular problem. I am glad your overall experience was a generally positive one.
